THE NATUREWOOD® RESIDENTIAL & AGRICULTURAL LIMITED WARRANTY (“LIMITED WARRANTY”)August 19th, 2016
This Limited Warranty is for wood product pressure treated with NatureWood® brand alkaline copper quaternary compounds sold or labeled as NatureWood® brand wood product or as covered by this Limited Warranty (“NatureWood Wood Product”). Koppers Performance Chemicals Inc. (“KPC”) will provide original consumer purchasers or “first-owners” of NatureWood Wood Product that “structurally fails” either, in KPC’s sole discretion, replacement NatureWood Wood Product (NatureWood Wood Product only) for the NatureWood Wood Product that “structurally fails” or a refund of the monetary equivalent of the NatureWood Wood Product that “structurally fails” up to the original purchase price.
