This is a Full and Final Release and Indemnity Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) between the undersigned (hereinafter “Student”) and the City of Covington, Kentucky, a Kentucky municipal corporation of the second class, including but not limited to the Covington Fire Department (hereinafter “City”) and City employees, elected officials, insurance companies, agents, and entities (hereinafter collectively “Employees”), with respect Student’s participation in clinical/fieldwork programs for continuing Emergency Medical Services certification, pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and Student’s educational institution (hereinafter “the Program”).
