The agreement specified in Section A is made between the Athenaeum Management Committee (the 'COMMITTEE') and the HIRER identified below. For the purposes of this agreement, the term HIRER shall mean the identified individual or the organisation which he or she represents. The agreement is subject to acceptance by the HIRER of the conditions provided in Section B.
