This Lease Termination Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of June, 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between CITY OF JOHNS CREEK, GEORGIA, a Georgia municipal corporation (“Landlord”), and MOVIUS INTERACTIVE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”). Landlord and Tenant will sometimes be collectively referred to within this Agreement as the “Parties.”
