THIS AMENDMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of December 30, 2007 in San Francisco, California, by and between the County of San Mateo (“San Mateo”) and the City and County of San Francisco, a municipal corporation (“City”), in its capacity as fiscal agent for the SUASI Approval Authority, acting by and through the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management (“SFDEM”).
