This Amended and Restated Settlement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jessica Shouse, Albert Lachowicz ex rel. Jennifer Paczan, Amy Linde, Christina Smith, Ashley Henderson and Jana Sperling (together, the “Settlement Class Representatives”), individually and as representatives of the Settlement Class (defined below), on the one hand, and National Corrective Group, Inc. dba Corrective Solutions (“NCG”), Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, Inc.
