WHEREAS the Company wishes to engage the Appointed Consultants (hereinafter defined) to provide to the Company those Consulting Services and otherwise perform the duties and responsibilities as set out in the Schedule “A” hereto, and the Contractor agrees to accept that engagement on behalf of the Appointed Consultant;
