Please note that once a booking is made Ark Evelyn Grace Academy will require at least 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation of a booking, otherwise the booking will still be chargeable. Your bookings is payable upon receipt of invoice. We do require prompt payment of invoices, your booking will become at risk if invoices are not paid. If EGA cancel for school events, a credit note will be issued.
