Mercer & Co., LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Buyer”), and North Ogden City, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (“Seller”). This Agreement constitutes escrow instructions to Landmark Title Company, Salt Lake City, Utah (the “Title Company”).
