This Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) applies to any Order Form entered into between MicroStrategy Incorporated or its Affiliate (“MicroStrategy” or “we,” “us,” “our”) and the entity or person ordering MicroStrategy Products (“Customer” or “you,” “your”), and specifies the terms and conditions under which we will provide MicroStrategy Products to you and your Affiliates. Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms will have the meanings set forth in Section 10 (Definitions) of this MSA.
