This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of the 6th day of March, 2018, is between Rosamond Community Services District (“Employer” or “District”) formed under Section 61000 of the California Government Code, and Ronald D. Smith (“Employee”) an individual. Employer and Employee agree to the following terms and conditions of employment. This Agreement supersedes and replaces in every respect the Employment Agreement between the District and Employee dated March 21, 2017.
