(“Agreement”) is entered into pursuant to M.G.L. c. 94G on this day of June, 2019 by and between NewCann Group, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company having a principal business address of 17 King Philip Trail, Norfolk, MA 02056-1405 (“OPERATOR”) and the TOWN OF MAYNARD, a Massachusetts town with a principal address of 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754, by and through its Board of Selectmen or its designee (“TOWN”).
