This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of January 1, 2003 (the “Effective Date”), between New Rochelle Telephone Corp (“New Rochelle Telephone”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices at 543 Main Street, New Rochelle, NY 10801 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and New Rochelle Telephone may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
