This agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 10.7, sections 3540-3549 of the Government Code, (hereinafter the Act). This agreement shall remain in full force and effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021 This Agreement shall continue until a new agreement is reached, or until the impasse procedures of the Rodda Act are exhausted, whichever comes first. The articles and provisions contain herein constitute a binding agreement.
