This SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 1stof July, 2017 by and between Hidalgo County with address at 101 S 10th Ave, Edinburg, TX 78539, United States (the “Customer”) and SOESoftware Corporation (d/b/a SCYTL) a corporation existing under the laws of Florida, with principal offices at 5426 Bay Center Drive, Suite 525, Tampa, FL 33609(“SCYTL”). Collectively, SCYTL and the Customershall be referred to as the “PARTIES” and each separately as the “PARTY”.
