This letter of Agreement between the Halton Region Emergency Medical Services (HREMS), Halton Regional Police Services (HRPS) and the four Municipal Fire Services (Oakville, Burlington, Milton & Halton Hills) within the Region of Halton authorizes the activation of tiered response to those conditions identified by the participants in this agreement as requiring a tiered response.
