This Regional Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 71 of the General Laws of Massachusetts, as amended, by and among the Towns of Abington, Cohasset, Hanover, Hanson, Norwell, Rockland, and Scituate, and Whitman (hereinafter sometimes known as “member towns”). The District shall be called the South Shore Regional Vocational School District (hereinafter sometimes known as the “District”). in accordance with the provisions of Sections VII and XIII, such of the Towns of Whitman and Hanson as shall accept the Agreement.1
