The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages, all as set out herein and to provide the applicable procedure of settling grievances which may arise hereunder, so as to maintain harmonious relations between the Employer and employees covered by this Agreement, and to assist the Employer in the most efficient operation of its business. Now therefore, the Union and the Employer agree as follows:
