THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Comal County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“County”), and (“Lessee”) and is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below for the rental and reservation of the Historic Comal County Courthouse. This Agreement is further subject to the Rental Policies & Procedures and the Courthouse Rental Prices, both attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
