(“Clearwater”) of the entry I am submitting (“My Entry”) in response to Clearwater’s Build-a-Song project (the “Project”), I agree and acknowledge that upon submission, My Entry becomes the exclusive property of Clearwater for all purposes under copyright and otherwise.
