This Interlocal Agreement (”ILA”) effective as of August 17,2020 (“Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between Dallas College a Texas political subdivision of higher education (“College”) located at 5001 N. MacArthur Boulevard, Irving, TX 75038, and Irving Independent School District, (“Irving ISD”), a Texas political subdivision of secondary education. The College and the Irving ISD may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” The Parties enter into this ILA for the purpose of the development and support of a Early College High School (“ECHS” or “ECHS Program”).
