This Amendment No. 2 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon Maryland LLC, successor to Verizon Maryland Inc., (“Verizon”), a Maryland limited liability company with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, and Lumos Networks LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company with offices at One Lumos Plaza, Waynesboro, VA 22980 (“Lumos”), and shall be deemed effective on July31st , 2020 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and Lumos are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the State of Maryland (the “State”).
