This Subrecipient Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the County of Weber, Utah (the "County") and Little Mountain Service Area (the "Subrecipient"), individually referred to as “Party” and jointly referred to as “Parties.” The purpose of this Agreement is to provide funding to the Subrecipient from funds provided to the County by the Department of Treasury ("Treasury") pursuant to Sections 602 and 603 of the Social Security Act, as added by section 9901 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. No. 117-2 (Mar. 11, 2021) (“ARPA”), which authorized the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds ( “SLFRF”) to enable the Subrecipient to carry out specific eligible activities on behalf of the County; and
