In consideration of the Policyholder having paid or having promised to pay the premium, and subject to all of the terms, conditions and limitations of this Policy, Underwriters subscribing to this Policy and named in Item 2 of the Schedule (referred to herein as “Underwriters”) and the Policyholder agree as follows:
