This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") contains Apple's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and shall apply to any Purchase Order (a "PO") issued by Apple to Seller. As used in this Agreement, "Seller" means a legal entity, whose company details and principal place of business are noted on the signature page of this Agreement and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and "Apple" means Limited Liability Company Apple Rus, established under Russian law with its place of location at: Romanov lane 4 bld. 2, Moscow, 125009, Russian Federation, Main State Registration Number 5117746070019. Seller shall procure the agreement of its subsidiaries and affiliates to the provisions of this Agreement and shall be responsible for the compliance by its subsidiaries and affiliates with the provisions of this Agreement. Seller and Apple hereby agree as follows:
