This Agreement is a binding agreement between you and BID4GOLD (Pty) Ltd. It sets out the terms and conditions governing you purchasing credits on this site in order for you to participate in and access the online auction(s), so please read it carefully. If you are uncertain, or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions then you should not accept them. In this regard it will be legally assumed that once you have entered the one time pin into the appropriate text box when prompted to do so, that you have indeed read all the terms and conditions set out hereunder and that you have understood them. It will be further legally assumed that you have not been coerced or forced or influenced in any manner whatsoever by any person to have accepted such terms and conditions.
