The Parties to this Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims (“Settlement,” “Agreement,” or “Settlement Agreement”) are Plaintiffs Nathan Cozzitorto, Rena Cozzitorto and Michael Cozzitorto, Sr., and Cozz’s Auto Body & Service Inc. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), and Defendant American Automobile Association of Northern California, Nevada & Utah (“AAA NCNU”). This Settlement Agreement is for the benefit of Plaintiffs, AAA NCNU, the 17200 Class Members (as defined below) and the Breach of Contract Class Members (as defined below).
