This Art Exhibit Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 9th day of June, 2020, by and between the Frisco Community Development Corporation (“CDC”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and _____________________________ (“Artist”), whether one or more, on the terms and conditions set forth below. CDC and Artist are sometimes referred to collectively as the “parties” or individually as a “party.”
