General Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Event “Good Governance in Sport and Gender Equality”November 13th, 2018
These are the terms (the “Agreement”) that govern participant’s participation in the event entitled “Good Governance and Gender Equality in Sport”. By registering for the event “Good Governance and Gender Equality in Sport” participant is agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between the Croatian Olympic Committee and the registered participant (“you”). If a person is registering on behalf of another, it is the responsibility of the person who is registering to ensure that the person who is participating is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration the person who is registering is warranting that he/she has made the person who is participating aware of these terms and that the person who is participating has accepted these terms.
