Annex 2 - LEARNING AGREEMENT FOR STUDIES in the UK 2022-2023 Before the MobilityLearning Agreement for Studies • April 21st, 2021
IMPORTANT: when you submit the ‘before the mobility’ part of the Learning Agreement, please make sure that: ALL fields are filled out ALL three parties (yourself, the responsible person at Leiden University and the responsible person at the receiving institution) have dated and signed the agreement ALL pages of the agreement are in one, single PDF document SUBMISSION DEADLINE = at least 2 weeks before the start of your Erasmus+ study period If you cannot meet the deadline due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact the Scholarships Team: outbound@sea.leidenuniv.nl Questions about filling out the Learning Agreement?
