This SITE LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is entered into this 5th day of December, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“Lessor”), and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessee”). Lessor and Lessee are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as the “Party.”
