THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and effective this 10th day of June, 2014 “(Effective Date”) by and between the City of Anaheim, a Municipal Corporation in the State of California, with offices located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92805, (the “City”) and National Railroad Passenger Corporation, a corporation organized under Part C of Subtitle V of Title 49 of the United States Code (formerly the Rail Passenger Service Act), and the laws of the District of Columbia, and having its principal place of business at 60 Massachusetts Avenue, N.E., Washington, DC 20002, (“Amtrak”). Hereinafter, the City and Amtrak are collectively referred to as the "Parties".
