(hereinafter “the Lessor”) HEREBY LEASE to H & H ARIZONA CORPORATION (hereinafter “the Lessee”) a portion of that parcel of land and the improvements thereon comprised in the above-mentioned title, which is shown on the Registry Map as parcel number 845 which is more particularly described that portion shaded red in the first schedule, Units 12 & 13 Block D (hereinafter “the Premises) hereto for a term of THREE YEARS (3) from the 1st May 2017 terminating on the 30TH day of April, 2020 at the rental described in the fourth schedule hereto, with an option to renew for a further term of two year.
