THIS AGREEMENT dated the day of , 2004, by and between the CITY OF STAMFORD, a municipal corporation in the State of Connecticut, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, acting herein by Dannel P. Malloy, its Mayor, hereunto duly authorized, and RAD SPORTS, 171 VFW Drive, Rockland, Massachusetts 02370, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, acting herein by Robert M. Delmonico, President, duly authorized.
