STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICESProfessional Services • February 5th, 2022
The Professional shall resurvey and perform such services as are required to provide documentation in such form and format as are required to legally record the results of the resurvey of the three parcels of urban property identified in Attachment 1, Quit Claim Deed, as recorded in Book Y, Volume 51, Page 167, Dauphin County, whose principle location is at 2986 North Second Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110, and is known as the University Center, Harrisburg. The documentation shall be completed so as to provide the metes and bounds of each parcel to legally identify property boundaries for deed title transfer of the real estate according to the legal requirements of Dauphin County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
