This Franchise Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement” or “Franchise Agreement”) is made between the City of Warrenville, Illinois (hereinafter, the “City”) and Comcast of Illinois/Ohio/Oregon, LLC, (hereinafter, “Grantee”) this 20th day of August, 2012 (the “Effective Date”).
