(“Farnsworth Group”) is pleased to present this Project Services Agreement (“Agreement”) to the City of Monticello (“Client”) to provide an architectural Feasibility Study for the Monticello Administrative Building to evaluate the existing Community Building located in Monticello, IL. We have prepared this Project Services Agreement to match the scope of the work as we understand it.
