PTCL intends to have support and maintenance agreement for SABRO AC units deployed at PTCL HQ network rooms in Islamabad,5 AC units deployed and details are mentioned in Annex “A”. Proper 24X7 cooling is mandatory requirement for the critical networking equipment deployed in order to avoid equipment damage. This equipment provides intranet connectivity to all PTCL HQ users.
