In accordance with your request, Envisors, A Division of Pennoni (Envisors) is pleased to present this proposed Engineering Services Agreement between the City of Lake Wales, Florida and Envisors, A Division of Pennoni. This Agreement includes services requested by City staff (bidding, construction administration, and technical services during construction) related to the Lift Station No. 16 Service Area Sewer Replacement Phase 3 Project. These services are described in detail in the attached Authorization to Perform Engineering Services.
