In consideration of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated (“Stifel”) accepting and carrying a Stifel Securities Account (“Securities Account” or “Account”) in the name of the client(s) signing the Securities Ac- count Application (the “Application”) for the purchase and sale of secu- rities and other property, and providing the other services and privileges provided by the Stifel Prestige® Account or Stifel PrestigePlus ® Account (as presently configured or hereafter amended), you, as indi- cated on the Application, hereby agree with Stifel to the terms and con- ditions as set forth in this Stifel Investment and Account Services Client Agreement (the “Agreement”). The definitions of Section XII of this Agreement are applicable to all of the provisions of this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement govern your relationship with Stifel.
