Please read these Terms of Service (these “Terms”) carefully. These Terms govern Societal’s provision of software and services, and Customer’s (as defined below) use thereof, as set forth in an Order Form (as defined below) executed between Societal Systems, Inc. (“Societal” or “we”) and Customer. TOGETHER, THESE TERMS AND ANY ORDER FORM(S) CONSTITUTE THE “AGREEMENT.” THE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF THE ORDER FORM EFFECTIVE DATE (AS DEFINED AND SET FORTH IN THE INITIAL ORDER FORM). CAPITALIZED TERMS USED BUT NOT DEFINED HEREIN SHALL HAVE THE MEANINGS GIVEN TO THEM IN THE ORDER FORM.
