(hereinafter known as "Resident(s)", "Tenant(s)”, or “Lessee(s)”), an undivided leasehold interest in said Unit but subject to the terms, conditions, and provisions of this Lease Agreement (hereinafter known as “Lease”), and with the understanding that the Resident is one of four or five Co-tenants leasing said Unit. This Lease entitles Resident to exclusively rent and occupy one (1) Bedroom in a designated Unit and together with the other Co-tenants of the Unit, Resident has the nonexclusive right to use the Common Areas within the Unit and the nonexclusive use of the Common Areas within the Premises at the East Townhomes Community to which all Residents have general access, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease and the Property’s Rules and Regulations.
