2023, by and between the Gold Ridge Fire Protection District, a political subdivision, organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, with its principal place of business at 1690 Watertrough Road, Sebastopol, CA 95472 (the “District”), and California Municipal Advisors LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, with its principal place of business at 20 South Santa Cruz Avenue, Suite 300, Los Gatos, CA 95030 (“CalMuni”), sets forth the terms and conditions under which CalMuni shall provide consulting services to the District.
