(“Biogen”), (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”) to seek funding for the project entitled, “Clinical management and translational research in Multiple Sclerosis: insight on T cell senescence and exhaustion” (“Project”) to begin on February 15, 2022 by the Applicant, as further described in the Grant request ID#20016-P-FEL (“Grant Application”).
