In consideration of the participation in programs administered and conducted by The Salvation Army Kroc Center and/or use of facilities owned by The Salvation Army Kroc Center, the undersigned, on behalf of himself, herself or themselves, and all successors, heirs, assigns, and representatives does (do) hereby fully release and forever discharge The Salvation Army Kroc Center and its trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates (“Released Persons”) from any and all liability, damages, demands, claims, actions and causes of action of any kind or description whatsoever, whether arising out of contract, tort or otherwise, in law or in equity, which the undersigned, on behalf of himself, herself or themselves, and all successors, heirs, assigns, and representatives may now have or may in the future have against The Salvation Army Kroc Center
