This Event Host Agreement (hereafter “Agreement”) is by and between A21, a California non­profit corporation, located at 427 E. 17th st. Costa Mesa, CA and the Event Organizer/Promoter listed (hereafter, “Supporter Host”) and all other persons or entities hired by, volunteering on behalf of, contractually related to, or otherwise affiliated with Supporter Host or connected with Supporter Host’s production of the Walk for Freedom Event on October 15, 2016 date (“Event”). All such Event promoter(s), Event director(s), and other signatories are referred to herein individually and collectively as “Supporter Host.”
