The terms and conditions detailed herein (“Agreement”) apply to your (“Customer”) purchase from NHR of NHR hardware (“Hardware”), licenses to use NHR software (“Software”), and Non-NHR Branded Products (collectively the “Product(s)"), as well as training, services, to Hardware and Software ("Services").
