THIS agreement made in pursuance of the Industrial Arbitration Act, 1912-1979, this seventh day of November, 1979, between the Federated Liquor and Allied Industries Employees' Union of Australia, Western Australian Branch, Union of Workers, (hereinafter referred to as the "Union") of the one part and Amalgamated Food and Poultry Pty. Ltd. (trading as Red Rooster Foods and Red Bull Restaurants), Competitive Foods Limited, (trading as Kentucky Fried Chicken), Hungry Jack's Pty. Ltd., Darlington Investments Pty. Ltd., Westarm Pty. Ltd., (trading as Pizza Hut), Atlanta Nominees Pty Limited (trading as "Chicken Treat") (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") of the other part, witnesseth that for the consideration hereinafter appearing, the parties hereto mutually covenant and agree the one with the other as follows :-
