Phoenix Live is a video programming and streaming service (“Phoenix Live Service” or “Service”) that can be accessed through the Phoenix Suns’ official website and Phoenix Mercury’s official website (collectively, the “Sites”), or the Phoenix Suns’ and Phoenix Mercury’s official mobile and connected TV applications (the “Apps”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Phoenix Live Service (or any offering therein, including without limitation the Suns Live and Mercury Live video programming offerings) offered by or through Player 15 Group (“Suns”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by this Phoenix Live Subscriber Agreement. If you do not agree to this Phoenix Live Subscriber Agreement, you may not use the Phoenix Live Service.
