THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation and Broadwing Communications Services Inc. (“Broadwing”), a Delaware corporation and shall be deemed effective as of thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the final signature on this document. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Broadwing or both as a “Party” or “Parties”.
